When: Saturday 14 April 2018, 2 – 5.30pm
Where: White Hart Inn, Carmarthen Road. Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire. SA19 6RS.
The Patchwork Farm is a collaborative growing project looking to recruit producers of vegetables, fruit and herbs to sell through the Black Mountain Food Hub.
This year is slowly warming up and we are searching for more growers and farmers to help us make a vibrant local food economy, growing our own fruit and veg and distributing them to local people through the Food Hub.
If you think you will be able to pledge to grow crops and create a surplus for the food hub then come and join in with the Patchwork Farm.
We are fortunate to have an experienced market gardener, Frank Gundry who is coordinating this years Patchwork Farm Box Scheme. This means that there is lots of support and advice available to our patchwork farmers to help design your growing scheme, sourcing seeds and plants and communicating with other growers.
We are holding a meeting on Saturday, 14 of April in The White Hart Inn, opposite Cae William Rugby Grounds, Llandeilo. The meeting is going to start in the Raven Room at 2pm and we aim to have the meeting concluded by 5.30 pm.
If you want to get involved you can contact Frank on 07933837599 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to meeting you on the 14th April.
